I think babu at bsnl thinks ....digital means ...only digits should pass thru network......2mb till 6gb and then 512...average page load with rich content these days is nearly 3-9mb......

I am thinking how a user will spend his/her 1 GB wisely. Very few surfing till last week of the month and use it to full extend in the last week
