Piss poor Pakistan is ahead of India in #Broadband race.

All that #DigitalIndia BS has given us 1GB of FUP'ed broadband. Pakis got cheaper and faster internet. They don't tweet #DigitalPakistan every other sec too!

For me #DigitalIndia means Faster broadband speeds, i really don't give a flyin' fck about other gov. Initiatives as long as they provide turtle broadband to us.

For the most part no, and certainly not at the distance you're at from the DSLAM.

Now, if you've got multiple joints in the exposed wire, that could cause an issue over time.
