@envy99_2000 Does it say "Visit your nearest exchange", that is weird. I did change my plan to 1445 with selfcare only

@jason29 I have tried forgot password link then bsnl gives a temporary password . When i try to login with that temporary pass it says wrong pass .
BSNL Selfcare is based pretty old layout. They need to upgrade selfcare also .

I guess i have to get this sorted out through exchange .
