@envy99_2000 Same happened to me . I also got complaint resolved message even problem still exists . This happens because BSNL babus are too busy sleeping and dreaming about their bonus and fat pension.

The 2 mbps upgrade from bsnl is permanent , comes under digital india banner and is here to stay, there is no fup , fup was just a glitch as servers were not upgraded to handle this new announcement.
So guys have no qualms about it , just go and enjoy the new offer , as usual bsnl is the best , no other isp offers a stable non fup offer as this , others offer high speeds with fup and when the fup expires its worst than gprs, you already know this from experience .
Last i heard of airtel 4g was 650 plan 3 gb fup then `128 kbps. i mean show a carrot of 20 mbps for 3 gb then torture the guy to spend more.
bsnl did not progress in congress rule as thety wanted to restrict information flow and keep winning elections , remember 1977 when indira gandhi banned all publications in the country during emergency which was imposed purely because congress lost the elections in the country at that time.

I top up for 20 gb.. On 2 Oct.. Can't believe that I am back to 512 kbps.. Something is wrong.. I haven't downloaded 20 gb.. Where can I check?
