The big thing is let's help each other to get some understanding of this broadband mess. I find myself questioning BSNL, Hathway, Sify I-way as well Net4India now as 've all these providers but whom to trust with my money is a BBBBBBBig Confusion

I got a consolidated bill this month for 2120 - i had paid no charges earlier..

Talking about charges - my freind went to BSNL yesterday to deposit a form for Broadband and he was told to make a security deposit by the CO ( Commercial Officer ). He queried him why this new system ? He was told to speak to the AOTR Billing. Let me get more feedback by Monday as to what the AOTR says. Did anyone hear about this new system ???
