BSNL DataOne: MT841 problem and Need drivers for WCBG03H

hi guys, i have just joined this forum.. well i got gay Huawei's MT841 and jus now BSNL guys gave me its PCMCIA card to fit in.. but the problem is whenevr i insert the card the modem/router just wont get the link and it will keep restarting.. well then i searched online for firmware upgrade, some how got one file which had dec2005 firmware.. after upgrading the green light started to blink, but the modem still will restart and the link wont jus happen.. can you please guide me thru this, otherwise if i remove the PCMCIA card, its just fine .. Well i am assuming that i jus have to insert the card in the similiar way i would insert in my laptop .. thanks Also i need the drivers for the saem WCBG03h wireles card, the HUAWEI site wont have it.. please help me thanks regards sachin !
