I told you so.. BSNL can't revert back for a couple of reasons1) They've advertised all over that they are the first company in India to offer speeds like these. Reverting will make them look very foolish2) It's against their declared policy3) Now their competition is about to give comparable speeds. It would hurt their market position badly.p.s. @poster I hope you are not a troll
if bsnl reverts back to 256kbps i will give a party to my friends.i cannot wait that day when they will revert the speeds of datalimited 2mbps plans to 256kbps with no free hours.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::yahoo:

you yourself are using bsnl. if you hate bsnl so much why dont you cahnge to some other crap isp you know? you seem to be knowing a lot of new and unheard isp's too. why dont you switch over to them?
and theres no need to worry, you wont be needing to spend your money for a party coz this isnt going to happen.
if i change bsnl i have to surrender my 900 plus plan phone.ihave some problems with that.harrasment is also there by the bsnl babulogs if i try to surrender.
^ why is there the need to give your phone? since you are using bsnl and if they reduce their speeds back to 256k (which is highly impossible), wouldnt you be one of the customers losing out too? so i just dont usderstand why you waould want that to happen?
