BSNL Disconnects VERY FREQUENTLY! Impossible to download big files! Please help!

FriendsIt is great to have found this forum! :happy:My BSNL Broadband connection disconnects VERY FREQUENTLY! :@Data transfer suddenly stops and there is no activity for sometime and then my dialer reconnects after 5 seconds! It is vey frustrating! :@:@It has become impossible to download large files even 10MB ones because of this! :madness:Could some expert here please help me nail the problem? :thumb:I tried calling, cajoling threatening BSNL folks but they actually give a damn! :madness::@:wall:Thanks in advance! :thumbsup:Me Paparazzi
 
this type of problems are mainly due to line problem try to get ur line checked and if possible changed by bsnl people....or get ur broadband port changed by them....
 
Thanks Harish!How I wish they were so co-operative! :wall:After registering a complaint - they will call back saying "What is the problem?" :@Then they will say check in 24 to 48 hours! :@A man might come, check the line and say - "The line is fine!" :OIs there a way to figure out WHY it is getting disconnected? :SThanks again!
