BSNL EVDO service Launched in Nasik & Pune

They (BSNL) is not giving EVDO connections if your address is in non EVDO area. and Please go to your nearest exchange and not the biggest exchange as all the exchanges have the modems and all of them have been given connections equally. so if you go to the main telephone exchange that will exaust the connections there fast and other small exchanges wil have excess capacity. think about it

keanu reaves u allways put me in trouble haha last time u just said the connection is available and u buyed it, i went to nasik office, its available, but the babu there says it wont work in pune, now your saying that evdo of pune works in nasik, well its a very good set of news from you, and i am thanking you for it a lot by heart, but let me know if nasik evdo works in pune? otherwise i will have to buy pune evdo so it work in nasik, as i want to work in both the cities, ur reply is very much awaited here, thanks in advance

I am really sorry @ excivicky i cannot test the same. as i move out of nasik rarely. BSNL is denying that there EVDO connection will work out of the SDCA may be it is a fault that the Pune Connection worked in Nasik. and may be it keeps on working or maybe the BSNL people recognise there fault and it is stopped or some GSM cartel complaints and it is shut off. So use it until it is available and then buy two connections one for Pune and another for Nasik.BSNL says it will work for 25 Kms from the center of the city

BSNL is trying for roaming. I think it will get Roaming as soon as any of the operator get's an EVDO license. Other operators are already calling foul as how can BSNL start without permission and we have to wait.So hope it will happen very soon. TATA has already started it's EVDO services in Chennai. Under the guise of HSIA or High Speed Internet Access. Bsnl has also said this is not 3g it is 2.4g so the battle continues. Hope the consumers win as always

hey keanu now am the 8th customer of evdo nasik, cheers! but its been 5 hours now, no activation yet, i have seen 4 signals of evdo in network till now, in mahatma nagar, lets c, and nasik guys never go to satpur exchange for evdo, the idiot mr. marathe is not there all the time, and those guys dont know about evdo at all, so canada corner main center rocks totally, keanu let me know some tricks too, chao

yaar i paid 4202 rs. to them in a hurry as i needed to rush to bank, can any1 tell me hav i paid for 1 month or 3 months? and what speeds do u get in torrent downloads? how many evdo bars do u c? do u get a static ip? or shared ip? open port?

share ip, for me 3 bars sometimes less than that, speed varies from 10kB to 200kB
