On date 11/12/2024 evening at around 4 Pm, my BSNL internet stopped working.
I have Fibre Premium Plus Combo Landline/fibre plan.
I live in Hyderabad
I intimated this issue to my local BSNL agent who gave the connection.
On the next day i.e today he sent me the below screenshot
I immediately called him, and he said around 50,000 customers are facing this issue in Hyderabad.
Later after an hour or so after i called bsnl agent, i received a call from below number
+971 102340
Stating he is from BSNL and asked my name, i gave my name and felt very suspicious as i can see from my Truecaller the number is from UAE.
I disconnected and called my bsnl agent, he said, he too got a call.
i am wondering what is going on? is BSNL hacked again? Is my personal information hacked? because he knew my number, he probably knows where i live etc etc.
Has anyone faced this issue?
