I was on 100 Mbps plan in BSNL FTTH plan.

NVR - DS-7P16NI

We have 8 IP 4MP cameras installed, but when I try to remote view it takes forever to connect, if it connects then the speed are slow for live view and only some load.

Note: I also tried live view from 4G connection, Jio fibre from my friends house, so my connection was stable and good in all conditions.

Even I did speedtest I get 100 mbps up and 50 mbps down.

I called the guy who installed cameras, he suggested me to buy static ip, even after buying static ip by paying hefty charge for static ip the result is same no improvement in live view.

Even I complained the BSNL, the lame technician came and showed me youtube(that it load 4k without buffer) and did speedtest and told me that there is no problem from them.

tragedy: I tried to ping "dev.sgp.hik-connect.com" I get ping more then 300 ms for the same.
But if I ping google.com or any other I get less then 10 ms.

PS. after changing my ISP to local one who only charge rs 400 per month, now I get instant live view without any lag.

also after switching to local ISP when I ping "dev.sgp.hik-connect.com" now I get 50 ms.

Did anyone face such issue?

Also no NVR settings where changed when I switched to local ISP.

@devangpatel are you able to ping the local ip of the nvr in your network. Also can you access the cameras in your local network when there is no internet access?

Yes you can view cameras on local network it does not require internet access. Simply add your NVR IP address and username and password your good to go.

Also I can ping my NVR and even cameras individually.

Note: the wifi which your connected should be in same LAN with the NVR.

yeah i did both UPnp enable and i also tried DMZ too. but the thing is the web(port 80) got forwarded to external world but the tcp port 37776 is not getting forwarded. And i tried port scaning on 37776 from internet the port is still open and can able to seen from the internet but not working. where in local network with port 37776 its working fine . the router which iam using is DBC STD-ONU HG323RW.The DVR which iam using is dhuva DH-XVR5104HS-4KL-X

Here is the screen shot of port configuration for my Hik vision NVR
generally port 80 is used for live view not 37776.
I also tried to change HTTP port to some other port which was open by my ISP, since I wanted to host a web server on port 80 from my laptop. But changing the default port 80 to other caused problem and was not able to live view.
I think try changing to port 80 may help.

PS. I have never used dhuva DVR so I don't know the default configuration for it.

@devangpatel yeah same for me too i am using port 80 for other things.Actually i am having two DVR in my network so i changed the port to 37776 in one of my DVR and its working fine on my local network but the real issue is with the getting that second DVR to external network(internet).

you can see my smartPSS screenshot on last post where i used the default 37777 port for first DVR and used 37776 for second one. i can able to access my first and second DVR locally . even the first DVR with port 37777 can be able to accessed from internet .But second DVR with port 37776 is unable to access from internet:cry::cry:
