So when i got BSNL FTTH they gave me a landline number but the system gave 297 series instead of 292 in my area. This wrong no voice cannot be activated as system gives error. They can't give new connection bcoz its BBNL line as they closed contract for new ones. So 1 BBNL guy told me to ask bsnl to change my tele number as they can but bsnl says it cant be. So i want to know if its true or they cant.
BSNL FTTH service Id (landline no) can be changed ?
