I have taken BSNL FTTH connection some 20 days back and everything seemed right until this morning. When I woke up, the 3 lights of POWER PON and Wifi were glowing Green as expected, but soon when I tried to connect to the wifi, it said Connected, not internet
Then I contacted my Bsnl Exchange Officer for the same and he asked of the lights and then asked me to bring the ONU back to the exchange and I did what was asked.
He then reset it with all the settings and asked me to put some trail username password that they use for testing. And it showed Status up but as soon as I typed my username and password back in my home it showed WAN STATUS DOWN(but it again showed status UP for that testing username and password)
So he said, that issue is with your id or number and then raised a docket for the same. And it hasn't been resolved till now as it is stuck in Some BSNL noida office.
So how can that happen? I mean how can my number or id be blocked. Reasons? And how to tackle it?
