BSNL h 500 speed hangs to 50 kBps

I m using BSNL Broadband from last two years :wall:

Previously I was having a plan of h250 in which BSNL promises to give 2mbps speed and now I have changed my plan to h500 speed again 2mbps 2.5 GB and night happy hour..

but in both the plan I got speed only about 50 kBps :madness:

i have checked the speed in may sites including official bsnl dataone site but it never shoes my speed more then 450 kBps in many direct down load I got speed nearly 50 kBps

in short from last two years i never got speed more then 55 kBps ( i have tried IDM also) (in h500 and h250 plan)


on complaning they are not doing something plz some one help me


also please can anbody tell me by changing DNS my sownload speed will change???

changing to open DNS will not help in increasing speeds..why don't you post your line stats??don't forget to post downstream value.
