BSNL *High latency*

BSNL is giving me high latency but giving speed according to my FUP.
Speedtest server nearest to me.

Recommended by Speedtest.net

I've asked my Exchange and SDO about this they said there is a server problem.(this is the favorite sentence always spoken by BSNL).

Update: I called DE he said call to SDO I called to SDO he said call to Local SDO...now no one is giving me local sdo's number.

So, after booking complaint online yesterday, today I got a call saying that what happened and I said about the problem then he said that okay he will look it. At 4:25PM I got a call from BSNL SDO(Idiot) he asked is your net working properly I said yes he asked then why you booked the complaint I said that the latency is the big problem he said change your modem I said that modem is working properly and its said by exchange.He said exchange doesn't even replace the modem so buy a new one and call disconnected. Dash*t service. Now who to contact? DE, SDO, Local SDO, Exchange < all done. Should I ask through RTI that why my ping is worst than my other friends?

Come to UP, lucknow with train.when you will be going outside from station you has to put something to block your nose holes because the station is too dirty.

the thing i want to say ...just get ur line checked or there is posssibility that something going wrong on bsnl servers or some kind of work....r u not getting the appropriate speeds which u pay for?

the ping isn't that big matter of concern if u getting the speeds.....

Actually I am a counter strike source player (Singapore servers) my ping is more than 295+ which actually sucks in First Person Shooting games.No one will check the line because I already asked for the line check.I bet there something in my modem or they tries to take my ping up.But modem is verified by Exchange(another sht).

so pehle batana tha na...ki gaming karta hai wohi to main sochu ping itna kyun pareshan kar raha hai tujhe....see most of the times u dont get better pings in bsnl the way u want.while playing games...u have to shift to some other isp to get lower pings...thats.what i see after using three years
