BSNL hyderabad servers down ?

Hi Guys, Is BSNL down right now in Hyderabad ? I have seen the connection to be down since last night 10 pm till now and it is still down. I am on my backup connection right now. So just want to make sure is BSNL really down because I can ping the IP's and get a reply. Please help.
