Bsnl Internet LED indicates red

i am having bsnl teracom type 2 modem.Untill todays morning internet was working perfectafter that the internet led turned red.Up to night i have several time restarted it.I have made factory reset too.Network config fine.Splitter connection ok.Telephone line perfect.Before this happend some time but only for 10 to 15 min.But this time led is Red from morningWhy internet LED is Red ?What is problem ?

I visited my neighbour, his broadband is working perfectly.That means telephone line is no fault.
