bsnl internet sharing problem

i have a bsnl dial up broadband connection .i want to share it on my 3 pcs.have tried putting the bsnl modem ethernet cable directly to switch. and when i dial it on one pc and share the internet connection i am still not able to access internet on other machines.local network works but internet doesnt.have tried everything by now but i am not able to share this internet connectioncan anyone please hlep me out with this.iam able to invidually dial connections and use internet on separate machines one at a time if i use BSNl thru switch but sharing hasnt been possibleplease anybody knows about this. Do i need to change any bsnl modem settings?thanks

select your modem.
Settings for "Always On " Not " bridged"
Save Reboot Wait for two minutes.

Start/Network/ LAN
Properties
TCP/IP
Obtain IP address automatically.
DNS present entries or
OPENDNS
208.67.220 220 and 208.67.222.222
Apply Save.
