BSNL - land line and Internet not working since 1 week.

Dear Sir/ Madam,Sudheer J.S/o Jayaram B.Land line (Phone) is not working from 22-12-2012, the same has been complained. But in spite of complaining, problem is not rectified. I have the BB (internet) connection through the same land line cable (wire), which is also not working. Please get the same rectified ASAP.Thanks & regardsSudheer J.

If there is road work or digging in your area, it will take weeks to restore connection. Otherwise, it should be rectified within 2 days.

Sudheer, It happened with me too. I resorted to meeting the people in person. My Landline was working but not the broadband. Took the modem and met Lineman to JE. Took a written complain with a duplicate copy and got it signed form JE that he has received the complaint from me. After seeing the letter and my polite behavior, problem was rectified in 30Mins. Try your luck going to the exchange personally.
