Loyalty Reward Point Scheme For BSNL Landline and Broadband Customers
BSNL launches loyalty scheme for customers

In a bid to retain loyal customers, state-run BSNL today said it has launched a scheme for landline and broadband users wherein subscribers above a certain bill amount will get reward points, which can be redeemed to make free calls within its network."Individual customers whose monthly bill amount is Rs 400 and above or bi-monthly amount is above Rs 800 and above shall be earning loyalty reward point for every Rs 50 for invoice paid within pay-by-date," BSNL said in a statement.

and to utilize this offer, you need to travel to the bsnl css dozen number of times. For which the petrol charges will be 500 rs. You also need to write a letter to the head of the regional exchange.

It would be better if they offer some reward points for their long term customers. We have BSNL LL connection in home since 1978!. Will jump out of sinking ship on the day some other private operator launches BB service here though.

BSNL - go F**K yourselves, hypocrite fools introducing useless schemes
I stay only 2-3 blocks away from their nearest exchange but they still can't provide Fiber plans or even a reliable BB plan, worst customer care in the world(at least in my experience) & overall a company with no Future - unless the Government of India keeps wasting tax payer's hard earned money on overpaid/under utilized work force & network
