BSNL Mobile: new gprs settings

i recieved a message about new gprs settings
but when i msgd to the given number nothing happened.
i didnt recieved the new settings

anyone got the msg from bsnl

here is the msg:
BSNL LAUNCHES NEW GPRS SETTINGS!!
to avail them download new GPRS settings.
SMS MOBILE-MAKE MODEL to 58355

all settings working only bsnl portal not working
