BSNL modem doesn't work on parallel connection.

I know I am reviving a very old thread but I am stuck with a similar problem. Can anyone help?My current setup:Hall: Main line - concealedBedroom: Parallel Line 1 - concealedStudy: Parallel Line 2 - concealed.Equipment:I have: ZyXEL P-660HW-T1 - 802.11g Wireless ADSL2+ 4-port Gateway over POTSI am planning to get: A D-Link wireless router with extra antenna to increase coverage.Final setup:Hall: Wifi Router 1. No phoneBedroom: Wifi Router 2, Cordless phoneStudy: Wifi Router 3, Fixed phone instrument.My plan is to use ONLY ONE Wifi Router at any one time.Research so far:1. I am aware that I cannot use multiple wifi routers at the SAME TIME on the SAME SINGLE Line.Need help:1. How do I get the wiring connected with splitters such that my Wifi router will work at any point?2. Any other suggestion to help me achieve my final setup.Thanks a ton.
 
Who told that you cannot connect multiple wireless routers on same single line? You can do that to extend coverage in case your single wireless router does not cover your entire home. Connect them in the following order. Main single line -> First wireless router (Called primary in technical terms) -> Second wireless router (Called Secondary/Repeater/Extension).

I would be glad to explain you that.

But first tell me, where the main telephone line enters in your house? Is there a central box/place in your house from where 3 separate wires goes to hall, study and bedroom (this is usually the case in concealed 2BHK/3BHK apartments), or main line first comes to hall, then from there to study and then to bedroom?

If you are not sure call the electrician of your society and ask.
