Hi,I recently got a new broadband connection and purchased ADSL basic modem from BSNL.With in two weeks of purchase modem is not starting properly, and i suspect this is due to loose connection at the power port. I went to BSNL office on this issue asking for repair or replacement. The most funny thing I heard from them is, warranty is only on the accessories like adapter and cables but not on the modem.I just want clarification on this one. If warranty period covers modem also, please help me whom to contact so that my problem gets solved.Regards,Kranthi
