Yes it is Just black out your ip address
As u did in the pic

@Pradhuman Yes, it is good not to share the entire IP address, can you share the first two octets of Internet interface IP to check if it is public IP

Strange. Never seen type 3 NAT on BSNL

For internet - 117.220.....
