BSNL OFC - issue with smart tv

Hai Friends,

My self Bipin, from Kerala having a BSNL OFC connection. i recently buy a iFFalcon 55 inch android tv and connect the tv through wifi . My tv itself has a option that work with alexa. But when i open that its showing No network. Mean while all other apps are working smooth . But when i connect my tv to my airtel mobile hotspot all other apps including work with alexa is working smooth. My modem is genexis earth 4222. I have contacted BSNL, Iffalcon and Amazon to solve this issue but all of them fail. If any one know how to sort out plz help me. Thanks in advance

goto your onu's admin page and try to set NAT to NAT1

i didnt get you , you mean my genexis earth 4222 admin page ? i am not a techi bro, can you explain little more how to do ? plzzzzzz

Goto browser and type 192.168.1.1 this will open your router configuration page fill in the username and password. Then go to the Network tab and look for NAT configuration option and set it to NAT1.
