BSNL Online Rechage Not Working

BSNL's Online Rechage Facility (BSNL Portal -- ONLINE RECHARGE/TOPUP/FLEXI TOPUP OF BSNL PREPAID MOBILES) is not working since many days.The site will not load after you enter the number and select the amount. Looks like it tries to validate the mobile number and amount with another website at IP 210.212.215.92, but the website will not load. It had worked earlier. :angry (2):
