I have raised a service request in selfcare SDC site 3 days ago for broadband plan change. When can I expect the plan change or call from bsnl or do I need to follow up?
I called them and they said they have a glitch in portal so they did not get the request. So went to exchange on Saturday gave a request by filling a simple form. In 2 hours the plan got changed.
