He told that he doesn't have access.....And also told someone did the same and their Bsnl user ID got blocked...Idk whether he is lieing or don't want to do anything
Past week this happend after calling 2nd time...
In call i told them no one came or called me...They told me that the issue has been resolved, and tehn they raised again saying same thing again. Unfortunately, there was no progress even after three days from the call.
In frustration, I decided to create a post on Reddit detailing the issue I was facing. A person reached to me, he/she had 'internal' connection. This person requested my landline number and successfully reset my MAC address, resolving the problem.
After three days had passed, I received a call from what I assume was the LCO. Instead of inquiring about the issue, they asked for the OTP that I had been receiving continuously, almost like spam. I gave in to their request without realizing that I should have mentioned not receiving any OTP.
