BSNL selfcare loading very slow on lenovo laptop but working good on my pc

I have noticed my bsnl broadband connection is working properly in my lonovo z580 laptop but the only problem i'm facing and that is bsnl selfcare's site is loading very slow, more than a dialup modem. It's not happening on my PC, selfcare's site working properly in my pc and loading fast.If anyone else having this same problem and or anyone have any solution then please help me.

This problem only happening in Google Chrome only. Loading fast in Mozila Firefox.
