BSNL Server Play

Ayo mates, for the last year or so I've noticed server hopes, well I'm from Maharashtra
and every restart it Either connects to Chennai or Mumbai, the issue is whenever I connect w Chennai, I get terrible pings
how can I make it default to the Mumbai server? anyway? I hope so...
