BSNL showing due amount 0

Again the same problem after so many months . Today is 18th , due date is 28th and still I cant pay my bill .
 
Which BB plan are you using? I've been getting 0 due for the last 2-3 months and I'm not surprised as I seldom use my BSNL landline. And if you have paid for 1 year BB in advance, you would be getting 0 amount in bill as they have some free talk time and the night free call scheme pan India.
 
I have 2250 uld plan with 4MBps upto 175 gb and 256 kbps after that (old plan for ncr only). I don't use landline at all. I have recieved the bill on my mail but can't pay online.
 
Have you paid for your BB in advance for a full year?

You can check online what schemes are active by default in your plan. I think you have some free talktime.
 
No I pay monthly and free talk time doesn't give you any discount in your broadband bill. They have just not updated their portal. I have received my bill of 2576/- on my mail and due date is 28th April 2016. If they don't update it online I will have to go to the exchange to pay my bill.
 
Paid the bill today on the Bsnl android app and immediately received a text message from BA-PORTAL 'Your payment of Rs. 2577.00 is successful on BSNL Portal. Ref Id:BLA BLA'

Those who are still getting due amount 0 with previous months due date, just switch off your modem for 5 minutes and then try again the next day and if it still doesn't work then post a complaint on bsnl portal (the new one and not on selfcare portal) and try again the next day and if it still doesn't work then you will have to go to the BSNL office to pay your bill because one of these methods worked for me but I don't know which one.
