BSNL Siemens C2110 Modem Driver for Windows 7

in the internet the same Siemens C 2110 modem driver is getting passed around [ the driver file details inside the folder ] . since the modem is tailor made for BSNL the vendor will not update driver unless BSNL asks it to . i guess that is not going to happen before 2015 at earliest . i did download 3 - 4 folders of Siemens C 2110 driver .. all same version .. [ which came with original cd ] .. anyway Vista is working fine and i will have gone back to Vista in any case since the new taskbar in 7 is not worth the learning curve . everything minimizes to an icon .. if i have 2 Excel files open they will minimize to one Excel icon .. when i hover my mouse over the icon both will give a small window peek .. i have to move my icon into the small window i want and click and it will become active .. if one is transferring data by typing from file to file 70 times an hour then the additional movement needed is pain in the neck .. i can now draw my cursor down to taskbar to the approximate position where the needed Excel file icon is on taskbar and left click to open .. in 7 the mouse has to go near left corner hover move and click .. too much work and i have to take my eyes from the screen while doing it .. anyway thanks for the support

yes correct .. i should have phrased my post better as below .. if i use Aero Peek then there is a steep learning curve / behaviour modification curve which is perhaps not worth it for any OS before its first SP .. if i do not use Aero Peek but traditional settings then why upgrade to Win 7 at all [ apart from Homegroup Networking which most of us are not going to do anyway ] .. i had thought Aero Peek will be better eye candy and better for productivity [ in the sense that the New Control Panel in XP made a lot more sense to me than the old chaotic Classic View ]

i guess i can tell only when i switch back to vista if i would miss the win 7 features at all :)

i do not like the concept of libraries right now. might start using them when i switch to windows 7 eventually.
