BSNL SL2_141 modem configuration

Hello Ppl,I am using the Nokia Siemens SL2_141 modem/router at my place. Recently, I made some changes to my router settings and I was unable to connect to the internet (Error 676: Phone line is busy). In the safest try to save myself I restored the model settings to factory default. Still the same problem persists. I had a talk with the BSNL customer care and they informed that since I changed the settings to factory settings, I cant no more connect to the internet and I need to take the modem to BSNL office for reconfiguration. Can anyone help me in configuring the connection myself for the router, as it would be difficult for me to take the modem to BSNL office.Hope my problem will find a cracker fast.

If you had set to factory settings by pressing the RESET microswitch with power on for 20 to 30 seonds ( a small round hole at the bottom right ), You can use a dialer in computer and enter UserID and PW and connect
for similar hardware board and modem settings pages.

Thanks. I am using the SL2_121 (in Kolkata). Will the same configuration as provided at bsnl chennai website work for my connection too?My modem doesnt have any reset button on the hardware. I resetted it to factory mode, from the router access page of 192.168.....I would try the solution and post a reply accordingly.

Siemens Sl2_141 has reset button (round pinhole) on the bottom side. you can locate one round hole along with numbers of square hole for air circulation.
