Bsnl telephone bad services

My telephone stop working in every 15 days, i regularly complaints but from last two complaints on the website i am surprised to see that instead of line repairing they send message on my telephone that complaint has been resolved. But my telephone still dead.I am not happy with the services and want to surrender the connection

Try with a different instrument, just in case. I have had surprisingly good support from BSNL when it comes to line dead etc. I raise an issue online at CRM
