when i changed my plan to uld 999 i was still getting 2mbps and the prices won't even worth it so i complained them to increase the speed to 4mbps they did it but the next month they again decreased and then i still though i will complaint it next month which is april now what has happened the speed they tell i won't get like even after they decreasing i won't get it. i saw the modem stats the upload speed they did was just like i can't even tell it is 155kbps and download is still 2048Mbps so i was still using it even after downloading 80-90 gb this month my speed shown in the modem was 2048 and 155kbps but from the beginning of the till now i not even got the 2mbps speed.

My router stats after downloading 80-90 gb which is my normal. Just downloaded GTA V pc Can't run due to network issues.

i just want to know is my connection is bad or they are just fooling me.

from that time unable to play any multiplayer games:( like COD:AW, BF hl, The Crew and many more thanks for that really gonna make a complaint over the whole bsnl.

Try talking to the SDE at the broadband section in person who is the only person having the knowledge of the DSLAM operation that will most probably solve your problem. Just address sensibly as to what's your problem and what do you want to achieve so that it looks convincing. You should know that by default the downstream rate is capped at 2048 Kbps and the upstream rate at 508/509 Kbps. Your problem is with the upstream rate and that's key. Your line statistics are just fine. It's either the capping issue or may need port changing which they always are reluctant to do so.

the problem is i not even pay gor 2mbps plan i pay for 4mbps plan. i want to know what does port changing do. what is the upload speed for 2048kbps and even for 4096kbps

BSNL offers a maximum limit of 768 Kbps for upload and as I said earlier basically it's set at 508/509 Kbps by default. If you're in a 4 Mbps plan then your downstream rate also needs to be tweaked at the DSLAM as yours is at 2048 Kbps and need to be at 4096 Kbps while there is a downside attached to it which affects the line statistics i.e. stability would diminish. Port changing just resets your connection and the by default stats would show up then.

What exactly is your Issue with GTA V. It is a single player GAME. which by now is hacked and played offline. If you need to connect to server to play play co-op or whatever, you gonna need to find a server close to India so the latency/ping is somewhere close to 100ms.

my issue is with gta online which is a feature of GTA V and u noob Gta online needs internet connection. i get ping sometimes very ok like 80-100ms and even latency will be good the problem will be in my speed people lag around there a lot like if is hot them after 5-6 minutes he get killed.

Then its probably the server side. My bad, i played the GTA V Xbox version offline. Enjoyed the game. 80-100ms is good enough. Just get in touch with some other players see if the problem is re-occurring on their system or not.
