i got a new BSNL unlimited 750 plan and they provided me with this modem and it keeps resetting every minute(the DSL light goes blinking and then comes back online). i can browse the internet in the one minute but then it resets again. i tried updating the firmware but of no use. i also tried going to the exchange but they don't have a solution for the problem and they also have no other modem for a replacement. the phone line is clear without any noise and works fine. and the connections, with the computer and the phone line is correct. The modem is Teracom Model No. T2-B-Gawv1.4U10Y-B1

1.
This is similar to siemens c2110 ( without WIFI) and , perhaps you have to save settings in Services or management.
2.
Presume you have no parallel telephone connections, and all phones are connected AFTER the ADSL splitter.
3.
Changing the mod mode to Gdmt also can help.
4.
try Google dns 8.8.8.8 and open dns 208.67.220.220

5.
Start run type cmd ok
new window
type ipconfig /all
copy/paste data here.
6.
Also post connection status (as jpg picture) page to check snr Attn etc.

i got the manual. it doesn't have anything which defines my problem. my modem is configured the way it says in the manual. :(
