BSNL Ultimate Disconnection Problem

Hello! Everyone, I am new to this forum. I am facing a very serious problem since september 2013, adsl light disappears in approx. 15-20 mins. I complained BSNL already alot of time till now, they just sent lineman and he checks phone whether there is noise or not. I told him to change wire from my home to pole, even after changing wire problem is still there. Checked the modem too at my friend's home, its working fine. I am using 2 mbps plan (upto 8gb) after that 512 kbps.
What i saw is when CRC increases, after a time when it reaches approx. 5000 (sometimes at 2000) line get disconnects.Image:

I also tried G.DMT Modulation, it fixes the crc problem but speed decreses to just 32/64 kbps.Image:

My current stats in adsl modulation. right now its showing 6 CRC but after 10-15 mins it increases tremendously.

Please tell the solution to my problem.

and i am no wrong , its 4mbps till 8gb but due to ur line you are not able to get the full speed and your downstream is less than 1mbps so how can yu get 2 mbps ?

lineman already changed wire from my house to pole once 1 month ago. Shall i ask him to change line again? by the way my plan is exactly is BBG Combo ULD 900 (2 mbps one).

My problem is not fixed yet, the lineman always comes check the phone and he says no noise in phone, line is ok. is it possible that no noise in phone means line is ok for internet? I am suffering this problem from september 2013. tell me something guys! one more thing happening that is sometimes all the lights gets switched off except power one in my modem. what could be the cause of it?
