BSNL Unstable Connection since past 2-3 days

Since past 2-3 days my BSNL (Home UL750) internet is very unstable. The ADSL and all lights are ON in the Modem, but frequent disconnection while browsing websites and games won't connect. Youtube videos also do not load 50% of the time. I am using iBall router along with the BSNL UTStarcom modem. I am from Ahmedabad if that matters.

Is my attenuation bad? Or is something wrong with my hardware?

Atteunuation is a bit high. Did you ask the BSNL exchange ? Or friends ? Make sure it is not just you before acting.

Just got a call from BSNL saying that its a problem with their servers and they will fix it in 2-3 days. So I guess I just need to wait. Offtopic: Are you meetdilip from the AdminZone forums?

there always has been a problem with them....they are the most non trust able company i ever had deal with term of their speed and customer support..

Well I've been using BSNL since 2006. Thats 7 years. They used to have good speeds before and their customer support has improved than before. Just something goes off once in a while and their servers are getting overloaded I think.
