Bsnl unstable ping in gaming :[

I have bb combo ul 675 plan(unlimited) , i play two fps multiplayer games.
In one game my normal ping is 290-330 ms and in second game my normal ping is 160-200ms
but from the past few weeks, i noticed very frustrating behaviour-
i.e. from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm my ping in first game is 380+ and in second it is 260-290ms
and after 6:30pm my ping get back to normal WTF. Can anybody explaing this?

isn't network congestion is a random thing , why after 6:30pm (exact) it gets normal ?

when i had bsnl... it used to become crap during the 10am-6pm time period. it was almost like they put us on a different gateway for that time period manually.

I doubt it , I was on same gateway all day. After like 6-7pm. Ping gets to normal automatically ! BSNL is talking us on ride with their shítty plans and terrible ping!

300ms+ ping to singapore is unacceptable when Australians are able to go below 100ms.
