I have been trying to access the same through data.bsnl.in
but on logging in it shows some detail about designing a portal
and not any usage records. Any help?

I can access data.bsnl.in without any problem . Chennai circle only.
confirm you used 14digit usageportal Id and PW ( default: password )
and could not acccess your usage. Probably you got a list of self care portals.
Now in adddition to data.bsnl.in for users with Ip 117.xx.xx.xx id @ bsnl.in
four more selfcare portals are available.
Generally
for North http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in
for EAST CRM
for WEST Loading Portal...
for South CRM
Depending on your location please select and REGISTER
( works only with IE browser) with your own Choice of ID.
Password will be sent by email to you.
In the meantime
Download NetworX from Software for Enterprises, Intranets and the Internet
and you can keep track of your usage for a single system.
later when you acccess BSNl portal compare the readings .
