BSNL uses babu-grammar in Dataone announcement

Went to bbservice to check usage, and came to know that records are not available due to maintenance. Fair enough, but even here, BSNL leaves its सरकारी mark with grammar:


Dear Customers, Please be noted that view usage will not be available from 00:00:00 hours Friday i.e. 10-Apr-09 till 06:00:00 pm Sunday i.e 12-Apr-09 due to maintenance activities. Regret for any inconvenience caused.

Please be noted?! I am surprised they didn't end the sentence with an 'only'.

There is nothing odd with such grammar being used by sarkari babus.Most of them have got the job not because of merit but because of our great reservations/quota system. These people get the job without putting in the hard work. That is why we see slow speed of work in sarkari offices. Basically most of these people are just not used to working hard and fast enough.
