So I decided to get rid of crappy Netlink ONT given by lco without IPv6/Voice etc and got one Huawei HG8120C from @ varkey. I am having some trouble configuring Voice. I am able to get a WAN IP for Voice as attached in screenshot 1.

However in VOIP Status is Registering with Error code 500 Server Internal Error

And I am able to ping 10.187.6.12/ kl.ftthvoip.bsnl.in as well without packet loss. Any setting which I specifically need to look for??

I tried different passwords as well. This is the first time configuring VoIP btw, my LCO's tech guy is out of station and other guys are as dumb as a potato in this.

Any help will be appreciated !!

Isn't error 500 the server's fault? Your config might be fine.

You hid your number in one ss and showed it in another btw :/

@Adithya Aaah yes my bad :). Yeah thats what I am thinking usually that's a server issue. I think only bsnl cc is the way to go.

@varkey I tried some. Like phone number with and without std code, last 4 digits of number, 0000 etc. Is there some portal where I can reset it?

@Raptorx I don't think there is portal for end users to reset VoIP password.
For verifying the password, you may check the VoIP page of Netlink ONT.
If you change the type of the password input field to "text" or nil, you may be able to see the password in non-encrypted form.
You may use the Developer Tools/Inspect element feature of your browser to edit the field type.
I too didn't knew my VoIP password. After checking by the above mentioned method, I could see that the password was the last 4 digits of my VoIP number. Exported password obtained from config backup is in encrypted form.

Try with your old Netlink ONU, if it works, then it might not be a problem from BSNL's end.
