BSNL WIFI speed is observed 0.0mbps over office VPN whereas 15mbps is observed from JIO hotspot

the internet speed is 15mbps from JIO hotspot over office VPN whereas 0.46 mbps speed is observed from BSNL WIFI(fiber),I'm just joined BSNL wifi since last 2months back and I'm facing the same issue from the day 1,but previously atleast it was working fine until 2pm after that the speed goes down to 0.46 mbps ,now since last 2days its not even working until 2pm as well,the issue observed only with office VPN.but JIO working fine with office VPN .So whats heck went wrong with BSNL wifi?
is BSNL doesnt have enough techie to get it managed the spike of sudden work from home requirements?

Note: Mobile and personal laptop its working fine but no use as I need wifi only for my office purpose.

if I found any other good service provider in my area which is Myladuthurai ,tamilnadu ,then i'll do a big pooja for BSNL wifi and throw it to the trash everything.

What is the speed test you get without a VPN? If that's near to your plan speed, then there is something wrong just with the VPN side. Your corporate network does not seem to have a proper path with BSNL is what I guess. Can you tell where is the VPN server-based and who is hosting it, if your company allows it?

Check if VPN MTU agrees with BSNL Mtu

Not sure what magic has been done by BSNL today ,my wifi speed is too good since morning,im getting 60mbps over office VPN,hatsoff to the BSNL local team Myladuthurai ...I really appreciate it...hope the same speed continues for long day ...

I get my word back ....Started facing the same issue after 1pm...so issue is not fully resolved yet...

Same here. I use Cisco AnyConnect VPN for WFH. And most of the time, it works very slow during the day but works fine when connected to the mobile hotspot.

See its not something to be done at VPN settings ..I cant really ask my company to change their settings to comply with BSNL... issue is obviously with BSNL ...in the morning things are working fine and the same is not working after 2nd half ...but other networks gives good speed compare to 0.46 mbps from BSNL... MTU set at my laptop is 1500 ..
