budget car muisc system under 10k

Need to get car stereo, with more towards sound clarity than bass.
only need usb nothing else.

back speakers

front speakers, amp, woofers maybe later

need surround sound..

Pioneer - DEH-X1790UB - and JBL - GTO 950SI good ?

Pioneer - DEH-X1790UB can be better option. I have already used JBL, which may be good at sound, but the overall quality, sucks. Pioneer is the best when it comes to car stereo.

I picked up pioneer speakers too another friend said the same thing also they costed almost half.

so i got the above system installed. Pioneer head and speakers.

I am getting lot of high pitched sound not sounding nice to ears at all, is that treble ? do i need a amp too now ? please suggest a amp if required.
