the backend does not show any of my old orders. making a payment is like filling a public form on their website. it does not inspire confidence at all. if they can get some decent web people and fix their website and even launch a mobile app... it would only help their own cause.
the good thing is that they now deliver quotes faster. earlier it used to take more than a day. nowadays i sometime get quotes in 2-3 hours if i ask for one in the morning. and early next day if i ask in evening or night.
