ordered a mouse pad from them on 27 july. nothing has happened in the last 4-5 days. i called them up today, and the lady asks some other dude if they have received the shipment from the company. after a while i get to hear that it would ship today and should be with me by tomorrow. the problem is that i got the same response on 29th july... just saying.

the price they charged me for the product is more than the MRP mentioned on the product itself...

not sure if this is even legal.

this is straight legal case contact them and tell them u suing them for overcharging either they will refund u or ask u take another product or they will do nothing .

for an online store that promises: Click, Buy, Relax... They are not doing a good job...

10 days for a simple delivery.

Wrong pricing.

A customer care that only works for five days a week during office hours only... and they are not picking up my calls right now...

I dont think they have lost a customer,they have lost lot of potential ones tonline shopping has lots to improve in india.But I do buy lot of books in flipkart and they have been very good till now.Their prices are lower than market prices too.

ah well. this is something i have noticed myself for the first time. usually the prices are lower on online sites. delivery is well random. some products are delivered fast. other takes time.

or you can visit their office...

go to Select language - SteelSeries (country region india) and take down the number on the left corner for the head office and contact them see if they can do something but i dont think the cafe gadget guys will return your money because they wanted to clear the old stock
