Calculating Broadband Speed of any website in RealTime.

Dear All,

Kindly let me know the name of any free software which can be used for calculating the upload / download speed in real time from any website I visit.

Suppose I visit www.rediff.com , I want to see the speed at which the website is accessed by my connection.
