Can airtel be taken to a consumer court for unethical marketing practises?

hmm i feel now MTNL seems to b better then airtel..atleast they r offering 1:1 on their UL connection.

thats one thing i liked abt MTNL very much, they never played with words.

yes exactly, thse private player promise things which they never keep.Airtel is no exception to that rule.
 
Oh yes we can.just show me the TRAI upload giudelines.I will take them the the court if i have proof.

bingo thats all it needed.my defense is the quality of service has been reduced.see you airtel in court.I just talked to a consumer court specialist and he told me to have a valid reason.so guys help me with proof by posting what quality of service got affected and esp visual proof of speedtest results before and after the airtel speed reduction and 256k plan comparison with mtn and bsnl.lets together make history!
 
Hi! I have a complaint against Airtel too and am planning to approach the consumer court for the same. Can you please give me some guidance as to how I should go about it? I am stationed in Chennai.
