Can Airtel ZTE F670LV9 router's RJ11 VOIP output be configured to act like normal RJ45 LAN outputs? Also how to know the CAT of a RJ11?

I don't have too much knowledge on medium-high config settings in routers.

Seeing that Airtel blocks bridge and route modes over wireless on their F670LV9.0 router but not on ethernet by firmware, I am thinking if I can use the RJ11 wiring in my apartment walls and attach an old ADSL router as wired repeater on the opposite end of the apartment.
So I need to know:
1. If the RJ11 can be configured in the router to provide normal unrestricted internet.
2. If the RJ11 socket on the walls can be checked of the CAT version and for continuity before buying wires for it.
3. If above are true, whether the internet from this RJ11 port will be "decipherable" by any ADSL router.
(Long ago for a different usecase I had tried to use phone tethering into a USB to RJ45 adapter as a WAN input for another router, and learnt not all routers are configured to recognize phone tethering as WAN input. So I want some confirmation on (3))

The airtel account is registered to my brother and his registered mobile number is inactive as he is abroad. I don't have a landline available either to reach Airtel CC directly for NOC on bridge mode. Hence my line of thinking before investing on that hassle. Also a wired bridge would make things much faster than a wireless one.

Best option would be to tie Cat6/5e cable to rj11 and pull that through apartment walls.
Else use mesh wifi for better coverage.
Trying to use RJ11 for LAN or ADSL might give a max 10Mbps speed and ADSL will require DSLAM or similar setup to convert LAN to ADSL and then back to LAN.

I should have mentioned, the reason I have to extend the coverage is because the apartment society has odd metal casings inside the walls creating a faraday cage. My flat is fairly small 2bhk and still needs repeaters. None of the routers have good signal strength beyond one room here. Everyone in the society is facing it for all ISPs and routers. One person I know is having 1+2 routers for his 3bhk. Even putting main router at the middle of the flat does not work. So I am apprehensive of relying on anything wireless. All the Ubiquiti speed tests show I get around 20mbps consistent bandwidth on wireless due to the signal attenuation so I think would be fine with 10mbps ADSL but with consistent latency

I am not sure what do you mean by that. Service providers have chargeable numbers with std codes that you can dial in from any mobile number to reach cc I suppose.
try numbers from here https://www.airtel.in/broadband-customer-care and see if you can get in touch with airtel cc. At least I suppose you know your broadband id that you can provide them to discuss further as required.
