YES is the answer. You need to login to the modem, disable DHCP and make sure that both the bsnl wa3002g4 are not having the same ip address.

After the settings are done, you can connect the ethernet from Tata to your BSNL Modems Ethernet and then acccess it on wifi.

This will work.

can you let me know in detial how to do this?
I have same BSNL wireless router, but no more i am using BSNL's modem. I have shifted to Tata-wimax. Can i use this modem for tata connection.
Can you please tell me in more details about thius. Becasue the input cable of because, Tata wimax's input cable can not put in the BSNL router, then how to do this.

You need to use the modem from TATA Wimax first and then you can use your bsnl modem as just a wifi access point with ur TATA Modem. You need the tell me the details of your TATA Modem and how the settings are if you want the configuration for wifi. Note - sorry for late response. I have been away for sometime.
